Many people I love are grieving right now. It's been hard. I'm sure you know people in your various circles who are also grieving. Even globally, the last few years has been challenging between the pandemic, earthquakes, war, and other unexpected deaths.

But I lose sleep the most for those of you (and your friends and families) who have never grieved before and who don't have hope. After listening to a recent song about grief by Ed Sheeran called Life Goes On, my heart broke even more.

This video discusses Ed's song with the hope that may be a good starting point for further conversation about what life after loss looks like. It also offers a message of hope even for the darkest moments of life.
